Help Strengthen Election Administration at Scale
The Partnership for Large Election Jurisdictions (PLEJ) is a national, nonpartisan community of support, best practices, and peer-to-peer engagement among large election jurisdictions. Our members serve the majority of American voters. By supporting the election leaders responsible for administering elections at this scale, PLEJ helps strengthen operations, improve resilience, drive practical innovation, and build public confidence in the voting process. We work alongside election administrators to solve real-world operational challenges, share proven practices, and develop publicly available, nonpartisan tools and resources that help election administrators deliver for their communities with confidence.
Our Work Environment
PLEJ is a collaborative and fast-moving nonpartisan organization that values initiative, adaptability, and teamwork. We work closely with election leaders across the country and support programs that strengthen election operations, communications, preparedness, and the long-term resilience of democracy. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful nonpartisan work with national impact while working alongside dedicated professionals committed to improving the voter experience. Why Work at PLEJ?
